He is the author and co-author of: over 60 scientific publications, 20 presentations at conferences and four books. He is involved in research in the field of physics, material engineering, and mechanics. He gained scientific experience, among others, in laboratories in France, Germany and USA. He is the laureate of the scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for an outstanding young scientist and of the „Top 500 Inovators” program, a scholarship from the president of the Bydgoszcz City for an outstanding young scientist. He participated in 10 national and international research projects, including three as a projects manager.

Krzysztof Moraczewski

Research Expert – Dr hab. Eng. Krzysztof Moraczewski, university professor – author and co-author of over 64 publications, 48 presentations at scientific conferences and 5 monographs. He deals with research in the field of processing of polymeric materials, including especially electroless metallization of polymer surfaces and issues related to aging of polymers. He gained scientific experience in Polish and foreign research centers and enterprises. He is the laureate of the scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for an outstanding young scientist, the „Top 500 Innovators” program, and the scholarship of the President of Bydgoszcz for an outstanding young scientist. He participated in 10 national and international research projects, including two as a project manager. Since 2018, he is the Director of the Institute of Materials Engineering of the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz.

Magdalena Stepczynska

Research Expert – Dr hab. Eng. Magdalena Stepczyńska, university professor. She is the author and co-author of over 50 publications, 20 presentations at scientific conferences, two monographs, three patent applications and one patent. She conducts research in the field of processing of polymeric materials, mainly biodegradable, and in particular modifying their surface layer using low-temperature plasma, as well as sterilizing biodegradable materials. She is a laureate of the scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for an outstanding young scientist, three times a laureate of the scholarship of the Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship as part of the „Step into the Future” project, and a scholarship of the President of Bydgoszcz for an outstanding young scientist. She participated in 6 research projects, including two as a project manager or main contractor.

Tomasz Karasiewicz

Research Expert – Tomasz KARASIEWICZ – assistant professor at the Department of Materials Engineering at the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. Head of Materials Strength Testing Laboratory. He obtained PhD degree in technical sciences (mechanics) in 2008 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. Currently, he deals with issues of modeling and testing fatigue life of metals and polymer composites in the low-cycle range using energy criteria, including the impact of load speed on fatigue life, as well as problems related to construction and operation of machines. He is a co-author of 36 scientific publications, 18 speeches at conferences, 1 monograph, 1 patent. He participated in 5 research projects, including 2 in cooperation with industry.
